Refunds & cancellations
Simple, fair rules for changing plans.

Sessions and meetings
- Reschedule or cancel at least 24 hours before your session from your portal. Paid sessions are refunded automatically; sessions included with a membership return to your monthly allowance.
- Cancellations within 24 hours and no-shows may be charged in full.
- If we need to cancel, you choose a full refund or a new time.
Deposits
A 50% deposit reserves Educational Assessments and Parent Consultation Services that involve document review. Deposits are refundable if you cancel at least 24 hours before your first session; after document review has started, deposits are non-refundable.
Assessments
Once testing has started, assessment fees are non-refundable, but you may reschedule remaining sessions with 24 hours’ notice.
Event tickets
Paid tickets are refundable up to 48 hours before the event. After that, you may transfer your ticket to someone else by contacting us.
Memberships
Cancel anytime from your portal or the app; this turns off automatic renewal. Your membership and its benefits remain active until the end of the paid period, and partial periods are not refunded. If you were charged for a renewal you did not want, contact us within 7 days and we will refund it as long as you have not used that period’s benefits.
How refunds are paid
Refunds go back to your original payment method through Stripe and usually appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank. We may issue a partial refund where part of a service has been delivered. Each refund is shown on your order in Billing, and a fully refunded order’s invoice is marked refunded.
Billing questions and disputes
If something does not look right, please contact us first by choosing Billing or Payment dispute on our contact form. A manager reviews every dispute, usually within two business days. If you open a chargeback with your bank instead, paid services on the order may be paused while the bank reviews it.
