More than 21 years in education
Debracca has spent more than two decades inside the education system as a volunteer, paraprofessional, reading specialist, special education teacher and prevention and intervention program specialist. She has worked alongside students, parents, teachers, administrators and district leaders, supporting struggling learners in the classroom and helping schools build better support for diverse learners.

Over the years, Debracca saw the same pattern again and again: families who knew something was wrong but did not know what to ask, and teachers who cared deeply but had no one to turn to. B2B Tutoring Services began as a way to give families clear, step-by-step guidance. BasicsConnect is the next step: one place where parents, students, educators and partners connect.
